Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and No Show Policy**
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate this, we have established the following policy:
- **Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance:** You may cancel your reservation or appointment with no charge, and your deposit will be fully refunded.
- **Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours:** If you cancel your reservation or appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- **No Show Policy:** If you fail to attend your scheduled reservation or appointment without any prior notice, your deposit will be retained as a no-show fee. Additionally, you may be charged the full amount of the reservation or appointment if applicable.
To avoid any charges, please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling needs as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
